Booking and Tracking Your Reservations
Unlike other ticket agencies, all your reservations are in one
easy-to-read box office report. This includes real-time sales
as well as comps, press
reservations, industry, and more. (Most other ticketing services only
allow you to track
paying
reservations.) You can also assign individual passwords to allow your
press representative, producer and other staff separate access to make
reservations and view reports.
Accessing Box Office Reports
You and your staff get 24/7 access to your report online, where
you can view, change or print your report. Your box-office
reports are also emailed
to
you twice daily on your performance day, once in the morning, and again
before showtime.
As an additional feature, your report can be faxed directly to your box
office one hour before showtime.
