Featuring the colors yellow, blue, and green, a story of loss and fading childhood memories encapsulates the stage as (Twin-less) Identical Twin “Yellow Girl” (Justine Gorry) rewinds her brain back to a time where the seriousness of life was hidden and instead joy took reign.

We find “Yellow Girl” in the attic of her childhood home, accompanied by a dusty toy chest and a yellow camcorder set on a tripod ready to replay some mental souvenirs. The memories are “awakened” when “Yellow Girl” holds up an object from her past up to the camcorder. A scene commences with two younger versions of her and her sister “Young Yellow Girl” (Shireen Heidari) and “Young Blue Girl” (Olivia Ross) coming and acting out an experience from her childhood, but there’s one problem: She has forgotten her late twin’s name. Throughout the show, the purposeful choosing of certain memories takes a toll on “Yellow Girl” as unwanted memories start to appear. In order to leave the attic, “Yellow Girl” must come to terms with the traumas and regrets of her past in order to remember her sister’s name.
