KATEY SAGAL AND KURT SUTTER CREATE KHORUS HARMONIA, A CHORAL CONCERT TO WORLD PREMIERE AT LOS ANGELES’ HUDSON THEATRES

(LOS ANGELES, CA – MARCH 12, 2026) – Tickets have gone on sale for KHORUS HARMONIA, a new choral concert conceived and led by Katey Sagal, with a book and staging by Kurt Sutter. Choral arrangement and direction are being done by Steven Argila. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights & the Wounded Warrior Project.

Khorus Harmonia is described being about “music and feels in 66 minutes.”

“Music and singing centers me. Makes me feel whole in broken times,” says Katey Sagal.

Sagal continues, “Kurt loves challenging the artistic boundaries of any medium. We both crave the connection of community. That’s why we are doing this. We hope it has the same beautiful impact on you.”

Khorus Harmonia will have 10 exclusive performances at Hollywood’s Hudson Theatres beginning on Wednesday, April 22 through Saturday, May 2 with one preview on Tuesday, April 21. Tickets can be purchased on the Hudson Theatres website. Tickets prices range from $30 for the preview and $65 general admission for the 10 performances. From now until Friday, March 20, audience members can use ticket promotional code TW20 for 20% off tickets.

ABOUT THE HUDSON -   The Hudson Theatres has been home to award-winning world premier plays and musicals for 35 years.  Recent hits include Zach Shields’ Dad’s Leg, Team Starkid’s Black Friday, and Sam Catlin’s Sea of Terror.  The Hudson Theatre Coffee Shop serves as the theatre lobby and was remodeled in 2023 with a 1930s cigar lounge concept by award-winning designer Joel Daavid.  The Hudson was founded in 1991 by Elizabeth Reilly and is currently owned and operated by Zeke and Sabra Rettman.

ABOUT KATEY SAGAL - Golden Globe Award winning actress Katey Sagal has entertained audiences in a variety of dramatic and comedic roles throughout her notable career, as well as with music as a critically acclaimed singer and songwriter.  
Sagal, has been singing and songwriting since she was a kid: “My first love was music.”
She worked as a background singer during her twenties, paying the bills, while pursuing a career as a recording artist. Bob Dylan, Olivia Newton-John, Etta James, Tanya Tucker, Bette Midler (Harlette for five years) were her employers.  She made records on Casablanca Records and Electra records with her band in the early 80’s.
Her first solo album “Well” was released on Virgin Records in 1994.

With the support of record label Valley Entertainment, Sagal released her second album, “Room,” in 2004.  “Room” was a combination of original songs penned by Sagal including “Life Goes Round”, “Daddy’s Girl” and “Wish I Were a Kid.” The first single was “Daddy’s Girl”, a touching song about the long-lasting relationship between a daughter and her father. “Room” was produced by Bob Thiele (Bonnie Raitt) and mixed by Ray Kennedy (Twangtrust/Steve Earle)

Her third album “Covered” was released in 2014.

ABOUT KURT SUTTER - Kurt Sutter is a screenwriter, director, producer, and actor. His television career began on the seminal FX drama The Shield, where he rose through the ranks to serve as Executive Producer during its final two seasons. He went on to create and showrun the acclaimed FX series Sons of Anarchy, which earned multiple Emmy Award nominations over its seven-season run. Sutter also co-created and served as showrunner for its successful spin-off, Mayans M.C., which aired for five seasons on FX, and served as showrunner for The Bastard Executioner, a limited series he created for FX. Sutter’s directing work includes every season finale of Sons of Anarchy, as well as the series finale. Most recently, he created and served as showrunner for The Abandons, a western period drama series for Netflix, released this past December. He is currently developing two new series: Times of Raff, a dark, layered noir drama set in 1950s Los Angeles that he created and is showrunning for MGM+, and Nomad, an outlaw biker drama starring Jason Momoa (Chief of War, See, Game of Thrones), which he co-created with Sons of Anarchy alum Chris Collins (The Man in the High Castle, The Wire). Both projects are slated for release in 2027.
