Regardless of whether a customer has opted out of the mailing list, we and/or the organizations using us to sell tickets may contact the customer regarding important information related to an event the customer has already purchased tickets to. This may include questions or notifications related to orders or payment, season ticket renewals, or information such as event cancellation, relocation, or postponement.
