FATIMA EL-BASHIR (Melissa 18) Born in London, raised in Tokyo, relocated to Los Angeles. Trained at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy from age 10. Segued into musical theater at New Roads School, a member of improv comedy troupe and the school’s first lead vocalist in jazz band. Awarded full scholarship to UCLA's School of Theatre, Film and Television - Ray Bolger Musical Theater Program. Toured internationally and originated lead roles in four world premiere musicals. Film credits: Nick Musleh’s short film Love’s Labours Lost produced by Film Independent. Fatima also wrote and recorded the original title song. Additional film credits: Johnny Ray Gill’s W.A.L.L.D. and the upcoming feature film Better Half starring Dianne Doan and Connor Paolo. Fatima was recently featured in the staged reading of Tinseltown Tiptoe directed and choreographed by Spencer Liff. DAVID JAHN (Bartender) David is a Groundlings Main Company alumnus, still performing in the wildly popular Beverly Winwood Showcase and his latest solo effort, Fill Your Hole. David was a series regular on My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss for FOX and currently portrays D.A. Richard Sheridan on General Hospital. Film credits include A Patient Man, Outside, The Package, Men Women and Children, Thank You For Smoking, Neverland, and Straight Jacket. Television credits include recurring roles on Mobbed, The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, and Running With Scissors. Other credits include All American, The Morning Show, Arrested Development, Black-ish, The Comeback, Bad Judge, Modern Family and Cougar Town. Theatre credits include Blueprint For Paradise - Hudson Mainstage, Is There Sex After Marriage? - Two Roads Theatre and Dandelion Wine - The Colony.
ANDREW NEAVES (Greg 18) Andrew Neaves is a Los Angeles based actor, originally from Houston. He graduated with his BFA in Acting from the University of Southern California in 2021. Andrew’s most recent stage appearance was as Kilroy in Tennessee Williams’ Camino Real. On screen, Andrew is featured in the upcoming season of Netflix’s The Upshaws. After work, he loves playing basketball with “the boys.”
TARINA POUNCY (Melissa) Tarina Pouncy hails from the Motor City and is delighted to be a part of this production. Previous work includes Human Interest Story (The Fountain Theatre), Vendetta Chrome (Coeurage Theatre), Les Blancs (Rogue Machine Theatre), A Raisin in the Sun (Ruskin Group Theatre), and The Old Settler (International City Theatre) – for which she won an NAACP Theatre Award. Film/TV credits include A Hard Problem and Of the Devil; 9-1-1 Lone Star, NCIS, S.W.A.T. and Queen Sugar. She can also be heard on the Shondaland produced scripted podcast #MATTER on iHeartRadio. Tarina is involved in supporting the Arts and Animal Rescue and loves karaoke and vegan ice cream.
