DAVID ATKINSON * (Preacher). David Atkinson is glad to be onboard this revival of Salvage. He is a proud native of Atlanta, graduate of University of Georgia, and member of Actors Co-op Hollywood. Theatre: First National Tour Bright Star, Parade (Merry Go Round), Billy Elliot (La Mirada), The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Urban Cowboy (TUTS Houston), Trails (NYMF world premiere), Bonnie & Clyde, Lucky Stiff, Big River, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha, The Spitfire Grill. David recently wrapped shooting a new series for Apple+ with Samuel L. Jackson.
LEONARD EARL HOWZE * (Johnson). Leonard Earl Howze is honored to make his Hudson Theater debut under the direction of one of his closest friends. Previously, Howze played Bono in the Lone Tree Arts Center production of August Wilsonís Fences. Apart from the theater, Howze has countless film and television credits, and is most widely known for his role as Dinka in the box office hit Barbershop, which he later reprised in Barbershop 2: Back in Business. Most recently, heís appeared in the Netflix comedy series, The Upshaws and CBS sitcom, Kevin Can Wait. Heís also starred in the Netflix film, The True Memoirs of an International Assassin and gripping indie drama, Live Cargo. Other notable film credits include: Antwone Fisher, The Ringer, The Lone Ranger and Faults. Forthcoming projects include Netflix action drama series, Florida Man and feature film, Holiday Hideaway. Howze received his BFA in Theater Arts from SUNY Purchase. He also is an alumnus of the renowned Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. A native of Los Angeles, he still calls the city home.
NATALIE LLERENA (Destiny). Natalie Llerena is from Washington, DC, where she is a two-time Helen Hayes Award recipient with the premiere physical theater ensemble, Synetic. She has performed in Broadway's American Airlines Theater with the 24 Plays on Broadway and has been seen in the Cannes Short Film Corner as the star of Beautiful Girls. She is a company member with Los Angeles's Road Theatre, where she performs & develops new work. You can listen to her single, Where'd You Go Dog on Spotify & YouTube. SAM O'BYRNE (Harley). Sam OíByrne graduated from Carnegie Mellonís School of Drama in 2019 and enjoyed a few months of normalcy before everything fell apart. He thanks the Salvage team for giving everyone the chance to go to the theatre again. Look for his debut singles, Too Careful // Too Tall, coming this winter to wherever you normally listen to music, but probably not Tidal. For Baci.
