CHARLIE BARNETT (Pops) Meet the Team!
Charlie Barnett is so excited to be included with this incredible group of talented creators, performers, and production team. Having a start in musical theatre at a young age in Sarasota, Florida, he went on to study at Juilliard, and from there, the opportunity to work in TV/Film. Most recently Netflix’s “Russian Doll”, “YOU” and “Tales of the City”. As well as CW’s “Arrow” and the upcoming film “The Stand In” with Drew Barrymore. “I’m thankful to have this opportunity to revisit and rethink musicals of today. I see them as unique artistic tools in tapping into an audiences moral, emotional and communal ability through sometimes extreme entertainment.”
IAN BRATSCHIE (Ensemble) Ian Bratschie is an actor, writer, dumb dumb that performs regularly here in LA. You’ve seen him blurting out a line or two on tv shows and commercials here and there. He is also a proud teacher for the Idiot Workshop. He currently writes and acts for a tv show that he created with his comedy group (Funny Time Babies) called Two Pink Doors on Cake with FX. Season 2 airs March 6- check it out in your Hulu machine. Ian is getting married Feb 29th, why the fuck is he doing a musical?

SUSAN GLYNN (Ensemble) Before relocating to LA, Susan Glynn was performing, improvising, acting, directing, writing, and coaching in Chicago for a decade. Of all of her accomplishments she is most proud of performing with Shebeast (a nasty gang of truly terrible women) for the past four years at The Annoyance Theatre on Friday nights. She has also performed on House Teams at Second City, with Second City Theatricals aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, on several Harold teams at iO, and, on Trigger Happy at The Annoyance. She cowrote and directed Grease 3: Even Greasier, A Parody Musical that ran for twenty weeks at The Annoyance Theatre and she performed weekly at the iO Theatre with Your Fucked Up Relationship. For their support, Susan thanks her husband Zac, her best friend Ryan, her dog Kozmo, her parents, brother, nieces, and ice cream.
BROCK HARRIS (Nyle) Brock Harris grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma and spent his childhood as a competing as a wrestler and hunting game in the Ozarks. His love for sports and the great outdoors was rivaled by his thriving passion for the arts, which ultimately led him to participate in the prestigious Stillwater Boys Choir. At seventeen, he was recruited to train in musical theater at Idylwild Arts Academy and then continued his studies at the Hartt School of Music ( University of Hartford.) After graduating, he made his New York theater debut in the Lincoln Center world premiere of All-American and has appeared in several film and Television productions including TNT’s Major Crimes and A&E/Lifetimes up coming series, American Princess. Brock debuted his filmmaking talents in 2015 when he created the short film The Last Hunt, with Matt Daddario, and Creed Garnick. The Last Hunt premiered in festivals all over the country and has won several awards including best Short Film, and Best Cinematography. Brock also directed the feature documentary, Nomad Cowboys, chronicling his adventures in Central Asia as a member of the first-ever American Kok Boru Team, a violent rugby-like game on horseback where the ball is a dead goat. He also directed The 100 Mile Run, another documentary featuring artist Ramsey Chahine running an ultra-marathon. In his free time, he competes in various martial arts competitions, enjoys the great outdoors, and practices his harmonica.
ANTHONY LOMBARD (Robbie) Anthony is “f***ing excited” to be remounting The Mountain Digby with this beautiful team. A new convert to LA, Anthony spent the last 8 years in Chicago studying comedy, producing shows and working a brief stint as a pirate on the Great Lakes. Most recently, Anthony was on tour with The Chicago Children’s Theatre in a show he helped to devise for students that are low vision or blind called X Marks The Spot. Anthony has performed in Seussical The Musical too many times to recount, but rest assured he was a tree, a mayor and a fish at least once.
ERIN REIN (Ensemble) Erin is so delighted to be a part of The Mountain Digby! After growing up in central Virginia, she landed in LA in 2019 as part of a cross country trek that involved a years-long stopover in Chicago to learn and perform improv and comedy. You can see her and/or hear her voice in films, web-series, and commercials for very useful things including medicine, college, and booze. Erin is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA.
RASHAWN SCOTT (Whinnie) Rashawn Nadine Scott is an actor singer and comedian from the Pacific NorthWest. She studied Theatre Arts at Western Washington University. In the forest she honed her skills to head to the MidWest. In Chicago, Rashawn produced local shows and took classes at iO while performing throughout the city including NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me and co-hosting Windy City Live. She was of the inaugural class of The Second City’s Bob Curry Fellowship, who’s successes landed her a member of theatre’s national touring company and multiple revues on both the ETC & Main stages. Recently, Rashawn has moved to Los Angeles. In 2019 she was in the CBS Diversity Showcase. Her credits include Kitty Goodnight on Comedy Central’s SouthSide, Nurse Karen on CBS’s Carol’s Second Act, Shrink, Empire and voice-over work in the feature film Spies In Disguise. @rashawnscott
