JACOB BARNES (Stephen) This is Jacob's first time performing with Theatre Planners! He couldn't be more excited and grateful. Jacob made the move to LA nearly two years ago from Salt Lake City and is loving not dealing with the snow anymore! LA Theater: Son, We The People: Theatre Action (Sacred Fools Theater Co.) Don Juan, Senor Plummer’s Final Fiesta (Rogue Artists Ensemble.) Regional Theater: Usnavi, In The Heights (Good Company Theatre) John, Bash (Holladay Arts) Mace, The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity (Pygmalion Theatre Co.) Jacob has also worked on various student films with UCLA and the New York Film Academy. Catch him this fall as Tim in the new web series “Functional.” Jacob spends his free time supporting local and live music, writing, and watching Star Trek. He thanks his family and friends for their endless love and support.
CHRIS CICCARELLI * (Michael) Chris is excited to be back on the LA stage in The Direction Home. Favorite Regional credits include Steve in Grace, Tommy in Annie Get Your Gun, Dick in Dames at Sea, Paul in A Chorus Line and Rolf in The Sound of Music. Film credits include Luke in the indie feature The Drama Club and Harry in Imaginary Boys, as well as commercials for Ford, Budweiser, Loan Depot, and Dave & Busters. Chris also performed internationally for Disney in Tokyo Japan and for Disney Cruise Lines. VAUGHAN EELLS (Brad) Originally from Austin, Texas, Vaughan Eells stumbled into acting after his college roommate dragged him into an introductory theatre class where he discovered his passion for the craft. After falling in love with theatre and performance, Vaughan has since worked on various film and dance projects such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he served as a principal dancer with the California Contemporary Ballet Theatre and his most recent film production of Millennial for the Collaborative Film Challenge where he worked as a lead actor and co-collaborator. Vaughan Eells is extremely excited and grateful to be working with the cast and crew of The Direction Home.
CLAIRE GLASSFORD (Mimi) Claire Glassford is a professional actor who has trained and performs in New York, Los Angeles, and the UK. Claire plays a lead in the upcoming feature film A Nightmare Wakes which recently presented at the Frontieres Buyer's Showcase at Cannes. Claire starred in the pilot episode of the documentary series, "L.A. Land" which has been one of Refinery 29’s most successful videos and featured by the Daily Mail UK. Claire plays an eager junior executive opposite Edward Norton and Keira Knightley in the star-studded film Collateral Beauty. She plays opposite Christopher Walken in the feature film, The Family Fang directed by Jason Bateman which made its premiere at TIFF. Claire can be seen on network television on the Showtime award-winning series "The Affair" opposite Dominic West and Laura Tierney and the pilot episode of "Limitless" directed by Marc Webb. Claire has a BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch and continues to train in LA. Claire is repped by S+C Management and BBA.

EMILIE MARTZ (Katie) Emilie Martz is excited to help bring Greg Vie’s play to life and to be working with Theatre Planners for the first time. Her most recent theatre credits include Olivia Wilde Does Not Survive the Apocalypse at Hollywood Fringe ’19 and The Seagull at Atwater Village Theatre. Other recent work includes writing and starring in a short film for Zathom’s new App, appearing in Gwenmarie White’s music video “Skjemt Blod,” and playing a supporting role in the upcoming feature film Between Dreamers. She is also the co-creator of the comedy web series “Martinski & Smartz.” Emilie is a graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
