JULIA DOSIK is an actress, writer and producer in both the theatre and tv/film world. She received her degree in Theatre from Indiana University, and studied intensely at the British-American Drama Academy (BADA) conservatory in London, where she performed as well. Shortly thereafter, Julia returned to LA and performed in theatres throughout the city to critical acclaim, including the Broadway/LA run of TONY ‘N TINA’S WEDDING, WHAT THE RABBI SAW, PEKING DUCK, and LET’S MAKE OUT a sketch comedy group. She can be seen in several indie films and is currently shopping 2 half-hour comedy pilots that she wrote. She has studied at The Groundlings, Margie Haber Studio, and Ivana Chubbuck Studios.

KITT WALKER JOHANSSON was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. Once arriving in LA, he attended various acting classes including The Hollywood Play Ground with Robert Russler and The Ivana Chubbuck Studio, and absorbed books and films by legends in the industry. Since then, Kitt has earned lead and supporting roles in short and indie films including SLIPPER, SAM NEEDS A FRIEND, and WHEN I SING. He is thrilled to be making his theatrical stage debut portraying the character of Ethan Kane, alongside, Julia Dosik’s Oliva Lago, in Laura Eason’s play, Sex With Strangers.

LAURA EASON was born and raised in Evanston, IL. and now lives in Brooklyn, NY. She is an Ensemble Member and the former Artistic Director of Lookingglass Theatre, Chicago, winner of the 2011 Regional Tony Award. She is also a member of Rising Phoenix Rep, an Affiliated Artist of New Georges and an alumna of the Women’s Project Playwright’s Lab and America-in-Play, all in New York. Laura has received multiple Chicago Jeff Award nominations for writing and directing and has received two Jeffs for original work and adaptation. She is a proud graduate of the Performance Studies Department of Northwestern University where she studied with Frank Galati, Dwight Conquergood, Martha Lavey, Lee Roloff and long-time collaborator, Mary Zimmerman. Member of: WGAE, AEA, SDC, SAG, ASCAP.
ALICE TUAN is a playwright, teacher and performer, and Sex with Strangers marks her directorial debut. Tuan has had over a dozen works produced,including Last of the Suns, Ajax (por nobody), Coastline, The Roaring Girle, and BATCH, one-act plays Some Asians and Manilova, 9 short plays and a self-scribed hypertext performance as part of En Garde Arts’ final production, the site specific Secret History of the Lower East Side. She has received several accolades, including the Los Angeles’ Mark Taper Forum, Richard E. Sherwood Award, the New York Downtown Arts Project, Colbert Award for Excellence and the New Voices Playwriting Award from East West Players/
Tuan has facilitated playwright workshops at all levels throughout the United States, including MFA candidates at both the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas, Austin, and the California Institute of the Arts.
